Privacy & safeguarding

Clear, careful, and child-centred.

This page explains what the public website does with information, what stays private, and how to ask for a correction or media review.

01

Enquiries stay in your hands

The contact and admission enquiry forms prepare an email in your device's mail application. This website does not submit those form details to, or store them on, a school website database.

If you choose to send the prepared email, the information is then received through the school's email service and used to respond to your enquiry. Please share only what is necessary and do not include medical, financial, safeguarding, or other highly sensitive details.

02

Children, school media, and learning records

Public photographs and videos must be approved for publication. The site avoids identifying children by name in image descriptions or captions unless the school has specific permission to do so.

Assessment examples, learner progress records, attendance, billing, and family information are not published on the public website. The School Portal is a coming-soon information page and currently exposes no private records or login service.

03

Technical and external services

The current website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. A production hosting provider may process standard request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access for security and reliability.

Links to email, phone, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and downloadable files open services outside this website. Those providers apply their own privacy practices, which visitors should review before sharing data.

Questions or corrections

Tell us what needs attention.

A parent, guardian, staff member, or visitor may ask the school to review, correct, or remove public information or media. Give the page address and a short description; do not email sensitive personal details.
